Returns
- To be eligible for a return, no more than 7 days must have passed from the day you received the package and the product (s) must be unopened & still sealed.
- Please contact us to get approval for the return before shipping back the goods.
- Accepted methods of shipment are listed below.
Shipping
- We only accept return shipments through your local post office (Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail etc)
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- The package needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received as well as the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
